Location is superb. Exactly next to tram station. Just come out and board for any location with Tram. Very close to Airport as well.

Quality of rooms and cleaning. Good choice close to airport and really in front of a stop tram. In general, all pretty good!

We just needed a place where to stay while visiting some friends in Zurich. We traveled with two small children, which always makes it hard to find a room to accommodate all of us. This worked very well here. (of course, for four people the space was not enough, but not plenty)

Very convenient if you have an early flight because it is next to a tram stop. Calm. Stored our bags before check-in.

I paid already on My 16, 2023 through ob-line but, today they charged me the second time deducting from my credit card. I called the reception twice and the receptionist promised me to return the money after few days. I called them twice with a very long waiting time and that calls will cost more.

The room was great, spacious and clean, and the staff were very willing to help. It's a very convenient location for early flights! This hotel will only get better once the renovations are complete - would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay. The staff was very helpfull. The room clean and soundproof if one remembered to close the window. The breakfast was very tasty

The hospitality of the staff, shout out to Sergio, the reception staff on duty, he was very attentive, accomodating and very friendly. The room and amenities were also satisfying.
